Is dr.clinic free to use?
Yes. Every tool, guide and the clinic matching service are free for patients. The site is funded by advertising, clinic partnerships, sponsorships and voluntary supporter contributions.
Is dr.clinic a medical provider?
No. dr.clinic is an independent information and care-navigation service. We do not diagnose or treat anyone, and nothing here replaces advice from a qualified health professional. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
How does clinic matching work?
You tell us what kind of care you need, where and when. We review the request and send you up to three suitable options. With your permission we may share your request with those clinics so they can contact you. There is no obligation to book.
Is my information private?
Calculators, the symptom journal and the medication schedule run entirely in your browser and are stored only on your device. Match requests are used to answer your request and are shared only with clinics you agree to hear from. See our privacy policy for details.
Where does your health information come from?
Our guides are written in plain language from public guidance by bodies such as the World Health Organization, the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the UK National Health Service, the US National Institutes of Health and professional medical societies. Every guide lists its sources.
I run a clinic. How can I work with you?
Clinics can join the matching network with a free listing, pay only for qualified patient requests, or sponsor a specialty or city hub. Visit the For clinics page to get started.
